Do you get excited every year when you get to build up a new bike before the start of the season?
Romain Mayet: I do. Every year is special, I use to build two racing bikes for the season.
Do you get to choose the parts for your SPAD bike?
Romain Mayet: Yes I do. My sponsors help me a lot. I’m riding for:

How do you like the Wiawis bike?
Simon Marquart: I like it a lot. It’s a really well-balanced bike. It provides enough comfort to ride around the track but is stiff enough for a really fast start.
With all the carbon on it, it must feel super light. Where do you see the benefit of having a light racing machine?

Whilst away in Barcelona just before the lockdown the United crew were forced to take some days off the bikes, making for the perfect opportunity to sit down and get some bike checks. How is the Thrill frame treating you so far?
Axelle Etienne: I love this bike. It’s light and stable and I feel really comfortable on it. I ride on this bike since few month and I can’t wait to do more races with it!
Grey frame, all black parts and golden hubs. Any reason for the colour of the hubs?
Axelle Etienne: I like gold haha. I like to have some different colors on my bike.

Do you like Aluminium frames?
Axelle Etienne: Yes I tried a Carbon frame a few years ago but my favorite is definitely the Aluminium’s one!

Camille: I’m on a Supercross since November 2017.
Any special reason for the all black bike set-up?
Camille: I really like a stealthy bike, this one is a nice compromise with the red accents. I feel like I don’t get tired of a black bike.
