The Redline RL 20 II Prostyler tube set remains one of, if not THE, most innovative and complex of any BMX frame, fork, and handlebar combinations ever designed. Our raw tubing begins its journey in San Diego before heading north on the 5 Freeway to south Los Angeles, to take its new form in our proprietary swaging dyes. The Flight Crank remains the costliest and most labor-intensive product to manufacture due to the many different processes and vendors required to build it. Although we constantly strive to improve our efficiency, the Flight Crank will remain and in-demand component. We are currently assessing our ability to continue producing it beyond this newly available batch. Future price increases may also be necessary in 2024. You can now purchase these beautiful Replica Redline by Kastan 401 Series Flight Cranks. 150 sets are in production that will be delivered in November 2023. This batch represents the final availability for the 2023 calendar year.

About 13 years ago Vic hit me up and asked if I would be interested in buying his Dirt Bros frame from the iconic Brad McDonald photo. You know the one. The flat 1 foot table off the curb cut in San Diego. After years of tracking down parts and talking to him and Brad Blanchard on how the bike was built It was finally finished. Vic hit me up in Late Aug 2023 and how to swing by my shop to get his brakes dialed in so we made an impromptu vid talking about the bike. Sorry about the traffic noise this vid was off the cuff.
