Name: Twan van Gendt
Sponsors: Redbull, N.Adriaanse transport, Team Oegema TVE, Meybo bikes, Shimano, HT components, Tubolito, Vee tire, Van Tilburg Bastianen group, LSKD.
How does it feel to have a special paint job on your bike?
Twan van Gendt: It feels amazing when a long term sponsor who already tries to be ahead of the field by giving us custom fixed rear end bikes comes up with the idea to paint a bike with a gold-plated logo and surprise me with it at Eurobike. Thanks again guys!
Do you always run the same gearing?
Twan van Gendt: I think these days, I'm not the only one anymore who tries some different setups on different tracks. Mostly I'm changing my my gear cause it's too big to get 4.5 cranks in before getting compressed at the bottom of the ramp.
What is the geometry and length of your frame?
Twan van Gendt: Honestly, no clue what the sizes are of my Meybo XXXL. I only know my back end of the bike: 15.5", the other dimensions I looked up for you: Top tube is 22.24" and down tube is 22.77".
Do you think you're missing out not riding a carbon frame?

You've been on the BMX bike since you were 7 years old. What's your current status within BMX?
Jeff Upshaw: Correct, I started in BMX shortly after my 7th B-day. Currently competing in the Elite men class. With a lot of the events canceling, I am enjoying the extra time having fun with new gym work
Name: Connor Fields
Sponsors: Chase BMX, Monster Energy, GoPro, HOTSHOT, Fly racing, Shimano, Tioga, ODI, Razor, KMC Chain, Onyx, Ikon
Mechanic: I usually start, then Jamie Staff, Andy Hughes, Max Cairns, or someone else who really knows what they are doing comes and fixes it for me.
How long have you been riding for Chase BMX now?
Connor Fields: 10 years! I have been with the brand since my first year Elite and their first year as a company!
How do you like the feel and look of your bike?
Connor Fields: I'm not too picky, but I also have never had the opportunity to pick what I ride. The Chase team picks my colors and parts and I really only get to choose a couple of things. I am totally OK with it though because I like what they pick and I have never had a bike I didn't like.
What comes first, the colours of your bike and then the matching FLY gear, or the new gear colours followed by the bike decals?

Riding our new Meybo Bikes at the BMX Track Papendal.
