What happened to your 2015 bike?
Sam Willoughby: I still use it as a spare/training bike
What parts of the bike did you keep?
Sam Willoughby: All of themDo you collect the numberplates that you get from several races?
Sam Willoughby: Some, but usually I try to give them to the kids
Would you feel the difference in using oversized axles and an oversized bar/stem clamping area?
Sam Willoughby: I feel a difference in the rear axel but that's it.
What carbon parts are you using?
Sam Willoughby: Forks and Frame.
How long did it take you to get comfortable on the new bike?
Sam Willoughby: 5 minutes
Besides you, who is allowed to touch (work on) your bike?
Sam Willoughby: Daniel Orellana and a few of our Australian mechanics. Other than that I like to do it myself.
Does your bike match your team colours, or did you choose your racing kit because of the colours of the bike?
Sam Willoughby: I have been fortunate that Redline is alway coming up with new color ways so I can match my TLD gear to the bike or sometimes I like to mix match it.
Thanks to: All of my great sponsors, my fiancee Alise, BMX HPP, Jason Carnes, Tyler Brown and all the great blokes we ride with in Chula Vista.
