David Herman: I got a couple podiums at the USA BMX races but the only one I can remember is getting 2nd at South Park.
Who do you think kicked ass in the Elite Men class this year?
David Herman: All the usual suspects were riding great this year so I won't mention them. I would say David Graff impressed me this year. On a side note to that, my real name is actually David Graaf...confusing story but it's true.
Who impressed you most in the Elite Women class?
David Herman: The Beast was pretty impressive as always. Watching her jump the triple in Belgium during training weeks before Worlds was pretty awesome.
Have you been active on social media in 2015 and where can people follow you?
David Herman: My social media activity seems to be directly related to how well my season's going. I didn't have much to post this year ha.
What track did you like most in 2015?
David Herman: I think I liked the Worlds track the most. I was really looking forward to racing the SX first straight at that race...
Who did the best move on the track this year that you remember?
David Herman: The Elite Womens final at Worlds had a pretty amazing pass in the second turn. I was bummed watching it happen but it was impressive.
What race had the best race conditions?
David Herman: Oldsmar, FL
Where was the weather horrible to race in?
David Herman: The wind in Sweden
Best hotel/place you stayed at in 2015?
David Herman: We had a private hotel at Worlds in Belgium and we had one of the only air conditioners that worked. 
The 2015 Afterparty award goes to?
David Herman: We stayed in Holland training on the Worlds trip and a group of us went to Amsterdam for a night which was fun. As far as bmx after party I would say Worlds was cool.
Worst travel experience this season?
David Herman: I did my best to find the good in every trip while dealing with a difficult season. I couldn't help but laugh at the conditions we raced in at Rock Hill. I don't blame UCI/GSX at all, just an unlucky season for the circuit. Makes me thankful for the good seasons we have had.
Best person you hung out with in 2015?
David Herman: We have a good group of racing friends that have all become pretty close over the last year or two which include Long, Garcia, Faoro, Collins, Posey, Upshaw. It was a good year hanging with those guys.

Which race in 2015 turned out better than you could have hoped for?
David Herman: By my standards I didn't have a single race turn out the way I would have hoped.
What was your best race result in 2015?
After doing a BMX 'zine for ten years (1987 - 1996) FATBMX made it on the internet. The year was 1998. Here to stay.
