San Francisco this last year. With the help of James and Colton, Madd Gear has developed two entry-level bikes, launching this week, and a third Pro-Level BMX bike, which will be released this Fall.

Both of Madd Gear’s entry-level BMX bikes have an MSRP under $300 and features not common to their price level. The Shredder 18” boasts Chromalloy Cranks and the new FSA B53 Headset. The Boost 20” features an internal, sealed headset, 3-piece Chromalloy Cranks, a 3/8” front axle and a 14mm rear axle, and a 25-9 gear ratio.
“Madd Gear has had a well established BMX business in Australia and the U.K. With the success of our brand in the U.S., now is the right time to bring the range to the market. We worked very closely with both James and Colton to deliver pro-spec bikes at affordable prices”- Todd Suskin, VP Sales & Marketing.
Colton Satterfield; “I am pumped to be behind a brand that is dedicating themselves, in the right way, to get BMX bikes in the hands of the next generation of kids. I will have a smile on my face knowing I am part of something that is simply giving tons of kids the same feelings I got with my first bike.”
