The International BMX Freestyle Federation (IBMXFF) announced today that the 2012 IBMXFF World Championships will be held July 13-15 at the Cologne Jugendpark in Cologne, Germany. The event promises to be one of the largest BMX Freestyle events of the year with more than 350 riders from 40 countries participating in five BMX Freestyle disciplines: Dirt, Flatland, Park, Street and Vert. The German BMX community has represented the spirit of BMX Freestyle by creating some of the most memorial and legendary BMX events for the past 25+ years. This event will mark the 6th time the BMX World Championships have been hosted in Germany.
