Spent some time on Facebook this week adding friends. It's amazing to see how many BMX people are on there. I was surprised by the number of flatland riders on Facebook. Looks like that community is going strong but you don't see it at all contests any more which is a shame. Something else I saw a lot were people on BMX cruisers. I'm not a fan of cruisers, I don't think it's BMX.

BMX starts and stops with a twenty inch bike. Cruisers are for old dudes who can't handle a 20 inch any more. They might as well step into the MTB thing as that is even more comfortable for them to ride. It's hard to explain why so many flatlanders and cruiser riders are on facebook but they're using it to keep their community together. In the meantime we've added close to 3000 "friends" to the FATBMX profile on Facebook in less than a month. That's about 750 notification e-mails in the inbox per week! Going through the mails was tough and hopefully the news that you sent in made it to the website or in this FAT Friday. Thank you my friend.

-Will the resi jump be ready for this weekend's 040 Jam?
Pim van den Bos and his crew have started building the ramp so if you want to see if it's done, go to Eindhoven this weekend for the jam. If it will work or not is still the question but with all the research Klaas and Pim put into it I'm sure it will.

- News from Tallinn: Wild night for
Thomas (Sam Wise) and
Mike Miller where Miller lost his passport but got it back because somebody had dropped it off at the English embassy. Talking about lucky. Talks are that Catfish lost everything on his first day. That included his passport and his wallet. Good thing he's got an Estonian flag tattoo so he can show his love to the country to whoever needs to help him.
Practice went on today. All went well. The floor is super slippery which had everyone on the floor at some point.

They're going to fix it tonight.
Mark Webb was happy to say that he has re-signed with Relentless Energy drink. He's happy with the 1 year deal and is hoping it will turn into a 3-year deal. Congrats on that one Webby.
Ben Hennon was rocking the Bikes, Beers and Bitches T-shirt. Thanks for that Ben.
Lots of young shredders here. More on this tomorrow. RedBull party tonight so time is short.
Thanks for checking in.
Stay tuned.
