The busiest day of X Games California 2023 is in the books! Monster Energy congratulates its BMX, Moto X, and skateboard athletes on a strong performance at X Games California 2023 on Saturday. In a packed schedule of nine medal competitions inside Ventura County Fairgrounds & Events Center, Monster Energy athletes claimed a total of nine medals, including three gold in front of a sold-out live audience.
In the BMX Dirt final, 20-year-old Monster Army rider Brady Baker from Toms River, New Jersey, caused an upset by claiming the gold medal as an X Games rookie. In the BMX Dirt Best Trick final, 19-year-old Monster Army Rider Kaden Stone from Corona, California, took the silver medal.
The spectacular BMX Park final ended with 28-year-old Jose Torres from Cordoba, Argentina, claiming the gold medal, ahead of 28-year-old Kevin Peraza from Tucson, Arizona, in the silver-medal position.

Summer X Games is off to a great start! Monster Energy congratulates its BMX, Moto X, and skateboard athletes on a strong performance at X Games California 2023 so far. On the first day of competitions inside Ventura County Fairgrounds & Events Center, 28-year-old Kevin Peraza from Tucson, Arizona, took home the gold medal in BMX Street in front of a stoked crowd. Also rising to the podium, 27-year-old Boyd Hilder from Queensland, Australia, claimed silver in BMX Street.
Also contested at the SloanYard, the Monster Energy BMX MegaPark event on Monday saw 32-year-old Jaie Toohey from Lake Munmorah, Australia, advancing to the podium with a bronze-medal finish.
