SIMPLE SESSION 12 WEBCAST BREAKS WORLD'S ACTION SPORTS ONLINE VIEWER RECORD
Simple Session 12 LIVE webcast made history again, becoming the most popular action sports webcast out there with nearly one million unique views during the two days of the event! In 2011, 148,758 unique viewers tuned in to watch Simple Session LIVE, adding up to over 500,000 with replays and additional clips. In 2012, the event attracted a massive 147% more viewers, reaching out to 367,996 unique viewers. With replays and additional clips, Simple Session 12 reached 944,008 unique viewers within two days of the event on all sites that use the Freecaster player.
According to Freecaster.tv founder Raymond Dulieu, Simple Session is now not only the most watched webcast on Freecaster.tv, but "hands down the most popular online webcast for action sports worldwide".
"I consider a unique viewer to be as valuable as a person attending an event on-site as the internet viewer is not a passive spectator. How many action sports can claim to reach almost 400 thousand fans? To my experience none.

After announcing the date of the BMX Worlds a while ago, July 13th -15th the official website is now online! Registration and ticket sale are open! Like every year our new website will keep you posted with news and facts about the worlds biggest BMX contest. There are also tons of pictures and videos from last years event. Sign up for the newsletter. The registrationis also already running. Who wants to be safe, can already purchase a ticket from our online webshop. 
The webcast stream can be viewed directly on the contest website opening page or Extreme.com. The webcast will start with skateboarding qualifications at 10.00 CET on Saturday which will be followed by BMX qualifications that last throughout the day. On Sunday, the day of the finals, the webcast will start at 10.30 CET and end around 19.30 CET with the prize ceremony. All video material of the webcast is produced by Simple Session and the stream signal is forwarded by Freecaster.tv / Extreme.com. If you log onto Simple Session's website, then for the first time ever, the webcast viewers can keep track on our LIVE scoring system as separate feed as well.
