Did your 2015 season go as you planned it at the beginning of the year?
Alise Post: For the most part, yes. You can’t control outcomes of races and I can’t say every race result was what I wanted, but overall, everything went in the direction I was aiming for and I gave my best at effort at every race.
Tweed Heads speedster and Rio Olympic hopeful Bodi Turner has put in a blistering display to easily win the elite men’s race in the second round of the 2016 BMX Australia National Series at Nerang on the Gold Coast. Joining Turner (Eastfield BMX Club) in the rush towards Rio and the winner of the women’s elite race for the second day in a row was Mackay-raised Gold Coaster Melinda McLeod (Nerang BMX Club), who again completely dominated her rivals.
