Since being on my own mental health journey of highs and lows of a professional bmx career, I felt an urge to do something different within Bmx. With a huge increase of riders striving for competitive Olympic glory, I'd been turning more to the culture of Bmx, my personal roots of why I live action sports and how the skills I'd learned along the way to becoming Olympic champion translated into everyday life, I wanted to share both!
