Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic linked to the novel coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2), the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) regrets to announce that the last two rounds of the 2020 UCI BMX Supercross World Cup, which were to take place in Rock Hill (USA) on 6 and 7 November, have been cancelled at the request of their organiser. The UCI and the organiser collaborated throughout the process, firstly postponing the two rounds that were initially scheduled for 15 and 16 May 2020, before resorting to taking the difficult decision to cancel them. The UCI shares the disappointment of the BMX Racing community, and acknowledges the efforts made by the organisers and the city of Rock Hill in these difficult circumstances.
Following the cancellation of the Rock Hill rounds, the final rankings of the 2020 UCI BMX Supercross World Cup have been calculated based on the only events raced this season, in Shepparton, Australia

It's never good to hear a BMX company has to close their business. A company is started for the love of BMX and getting to be creative and make products that you and your riders think are the best possible products out there. On top of that getting to travel with friends to spots all over the place and film videos and create content is one of the bigger reasons to keep the brand going. At Mutiny they've now come to the point that the plug had to be pulled and all that's left are memories of the past 22 years. Find their official statement in the image.
Luckily they've got enough good videos to look at of stylish timeless riding. We would advise you to look up a few today.

During a recent low-key Kink trip to upstate New York with Nathan Williams and Hobie Doan, we sat down with Nathan and hit 'em with five questions covering his just-released "Why Not?" and 2020 X Games Real BMX parts, how the Covid-19 pandemic has affected him, and why he started Help.
Back in June of 2019 Dennis Enarson set out to make the part of a lifetime; something he and the BMX community would be proud of. The goal was to capture BMX riding that lives on throughout time. He spent 8 months hammering away at his goal. This part was 90% complete before Covid hit and shut down plans for filmmaker, Rich Forne, to come out from Spain to San Diego to get Dennis’ last few bangers. Instead the two finished editing the part from other sides of the world.
