Monster Energy congratulates Dan Lacey on his Best Trick win at the second stop of the Toyota BMX Triple Challenge in Arlington, Texas. Taking place during select Monster Energy Supercross events, the Toyota BMX Triple Challenge has proven to be the premiere event for pushing the level of dirt riding. But new for this year, the Arlington stop switched all that up and took on a whole new street feel with ramps, trailers, jersey barriers, wallrides, and rails. The unique, street-style course was designed by Monster Energy’s Kevin Peraza featuring some of the best street and ramp riders in the world.
The qualifying event on Friday wasn’t open to the public, but 36 riders battled it out for 13 spots in the
World First! BMX Flatland above the clouds 3226m high! With a temperature of -23°C, 62% of oxygen compare to sea level and a frozen slippery platform, it was definitely the most challenging shoot of my life but we pulled it off and I’m stoked on the result! Shot with Fujifilm X-T3.

The BMX Support Group visited Eindhoven on a Monday night. People going through a bad time could share their sad stories of being addicted to drugs or alcohol, losing their jobs, hitting rock bottom and simply needing a shoulder to cry on. Actually it wasn't anything like that. Kevin Peraza, Sergio Layos and Courage Adams had made it to town to ride with the locals and to promote Kevin's new BMX shoe. The round circle talking session was more of a live interview with KP himself and those present used the time to ask Peraza anything they wanted. The interest for his new shoe was definitely there and Kevin explained how they've been testing the new sole for a year and a half and how stoked he is to get a signature shoe.
