Senad Grosic: Clemens Kaudela did a few ramps and the rest are my own ramps, a few quarters a resi and a few other things which are fun.
How long did it take to build the ramps?
Senad Grosic: It took 4 people 3-4 months to build it all, but all this happened in my old indoor park, I just transfered the ramps to the new place.
How does it feel that in these times you have a spot to ride?
Senad Grosic: I feel unbelievably lucky and blessed to have something like this, sitting at home and doing nothing was never part of my life, feel happy AF to have something to ride.
How far of a drive is it from your home?
Senad Grosic: About 25 minutes.
What are the Covid-19 restrictions where you live at the moment?
Senad Grosic: I think the same as everywhere, going for groceries or a walk was ok, but since yesterday it's a bit better, so if you're doing a professional sport you are allowed to go ride and train. They are going to open up the tennis and golf courses, which is a huge help ;)
How big is the park?
Senad Grosic: The indoor place is huge but we still did not build all the ramps. I guess it's 1400 square meters. I’m swiping it all by myself, hahaha.
Who helped out finance the park?
Senad Grosic: We did all the ramps and the owner doesn’t charge us for rent so I think this is the best thing ever.
Have you ever had moments to close the park down for good?
Senad Grosic: Not this one, but the last two we had to close because of the financial situation. BMX in Austria is still not the best business, hahaha..
When's the next session going to be?
Senad Grosic: The last 3 weeks where pretty tough, no riding BMX for me because the injury risk was too high and if you get hurt they may not be able to fix you in the hospital, so I was sitting all day everyday on my road bike and sightseeing the city around me. Since Monday it's okay to ride again, so I try to spend some hours on my bike.
Senad Grosic: Lennox, mum and dad, RedBull, Audi_austria, Soccercoin, Contitrade, Elitebmx, and Matt Waldner who is riding every single session with me.
