Good work requires time. Let's use that excuse for the delay of the Red Cross adventures movie to come out months after the contest took place in Hechtel, Belgium. We reported about the contest earlier but now you can see a high quality movie clip here on FATBMX. The clip shows what went on at the town square; a dirt comp, live bands and vert riding. And lots of beers.
"My crank snapped on my first run so I needed a huge second run to win the Cup. Don't think it was planned that way for the dramatic. There was a lot of pressure going into the final run.” - Jamie Bestwick, BMX Vert Dew Cup champion
I've been meaning to write a review of The Industry for a few weeks now. First issue of this BMX trade magazine came out at Interbike and that's where I picked up the first issue. After BMX Business News was no longer in business there was no BMX trade magazine out there. To our knowledge there is no BMX specific website out there so the logical stepwas to make a magazine version to keep the dealers up to date on what's hot and to give BMX companies a chance to get in touch with the dealers at the same time. It can only help grow the sport.
It takes a reason for people to get together for a session. Halloween is a good reason to meet in one place. It's a different day for everyone and it doesn't matter if you dress different that day. Jeremie Infelise hosts a Halloween jam at the Oklahoma concrete park every year and this year was no exception. Hit read more for the video of the jam.

The 2007 Dirty East contest at The Flow attracted some good riders. This resulted in some great riding and some burly crashes. The video clip shows you what was done on the street course that was on hand. Some shit was gnarly. Here's a few names; Ronnie Napolitan, Brandon Dosch, Zach Gerber, Craig Mast, Quinn Semling, Marcus Tooker, Jacob Marks, Joey Marks, Charlie Bowers, Zach Newman and Jeremiah Smith rocked the house and then there's Joey Hill's icepick on the wall.....Hit the image on the right to watch it.
