Fourth place for Alise Post, Nic Long in TT Super Final at BMX Worlds. From USA Cycling
The best BMX athletes in the world have gathered in Colombia for the UCI BMX Supercross World Championships this weekend. Team USA’s elite athletes opened up competition with a pair of fourth-place finishes in the Time Trial Super Finals on Saturday. Alise Post (St. Cloud, Minn./Redline USA) clocked the top result for the Americans in the women’s event with a 42.290 while compatriot Felicia Stancil (Lake Villa, Ill./GT Bicycles) was 11th with a 44.722. Caroline Buchanan (AUS) was the winner in 41.641.
In the men’s event, Nic Long (Lakeside, Calif./Haro Bikes/Dans Comp) was fourth with a 37.181 while American Corben Sharrah (Tucson, Ariz./Daylight Cycle CO) was ninth with a 37.562. Niek
