The atmosphere at Erlangen was electric as riders battled it out on a technical and fast-paced Velosolutions Pump Track! With many of Europe’s finest using this as a final test before the World Championships, the competition was on fire from the start.
Women’s Race.
Sabina KOŠÁRKOVÁ was unstoppable, improving her time with every lap, pushing through despite a thumb injury to take the win! Anika PSYK secured second, and since Sabina has already qualified, it will be Anika who takes the ticket to the World Championships in Durban. Kristina MADARASOVA took third after posting her fastest lap in the finals, while Alina BECK, the day’s favorite, had an unfortunate run in the semifinals, coming off the track and losing her chance for the finals.
Sicamous, BC hosted its first-ever Pump Track Worlds qualifier yesterday, and what an incredible debut it was! Known for its stunning four-season outdoor adventure offerings, Sicamous proved to be the perfect backdrop for an exciting day of racing. The men’s competition was intense, with only 0.876 seconds separating Niels Bensink and Bas van Steenbergen in their first timed runs. In the final, Niels clinched victory with the fastest time of the day, 21.686 seconds, while Bas followed closely with 22.994 seconds.
On the women’s side, Olivia Armstrong (USA) set the pace with a best time of 25.892 in her second timed run. In the final, she secured her spot for South Africa with a winning time of 26.080, edging out Canada’s Karsen Tielen, who posted 27.101.

What a day at Havelock North! The New Zealand Qualifier brought the heat, with riders pushing the limits and spectators on the edge of their seats. The energy was high, the competition fierce, and the passion for pump track racing was unmistakable. We were especially thrilled to see more women riders joining the action, showing that the love for pump track is stronger than ever!
It was a dry, slightly windy day with temperatures around 20 degrees, and the atmosphere was buzzing. The men’s race saw Australia’s Josh Jolly, the 2024 UCI Men’s Junior Elite BMX World Champ, dominate the track. His smooth flow set the fastest times all day, leading him to victory in a tight final.

China! Yantai hosted the first of two Qualifiers in China this year on their brand new Velosolutions Pump Track, and the action was as intense as the weather! With temperatures soaring above 30°C and humidity through the roof, the riders gave it their all under the sizzling sun. It was a tight race in the women’s final, but Jiang Jiajie from Yantai clinched victory by less than a second! After consistently setting the fastest times throughout the day, she earned the coveted winner’s ticket to the World Finals. Having previously been on the podium in Shenyang, Jiang was thrilled to take the top spot today.
Shan Zihong, who finished in 2nd place, was quick all day but narrowly missed out on the win. She’s already gearing up for the next China qualifier in Suizhou, Hubei, happening in a month.
In the Men's category, Tetsuya Furuno made his third trip to China, and this time, it paid off! He battled hard against local hero Chen Jiayang and came out on top, securing his ticket to the World Finals.
