The much anticipated Simple Session course has been revealed. Once again it's a mix of park and street stuff that needs to work for both BMX and skateboarding. It even has a coffin in it! Nate Wessel took care of the design which has endless lines and enough ledges and rails to please the street dogs. The park will be built by Session Ramps who have proved they can handle the job. Good news is that this park will be open on Monday after the comp for everyone to enjoy for a few bucks. 2 more weeks to go. Can't wait.

A BMX jam featuring some of Melbourne’s most skilled BMX riders, directed by two of Melbourne’s most renowned choreographers Antony Hamilton and Byron Perry. As usual some of the riders that signed up for the Simple Session got injured. It's just part of being a rider and it sucks because you won't be able to ride, and enter the fun competitions. Out for the 2012 event are Dennis Enarson (separated his shoulder), Christian Porras from Colombia had a crash and the result was two screws in his ankle and 3 months of recovery. Also Leon Perkins from the UK is injured. But a few awesome new riders for the SS are upped up from the 'reserve list' to the confirmed riders list. They are William "Abobadinho"" Pinto from Brazil, Brandon Loupos from Australia and AJ Anaya from the United States.
