The night started off late as usual. My friend Heather and I got to the venue at around 6:20pm with the red carpet to begin at 6:30pm but it turned out to be more like 7:00pm before the first celebrities arrived. So there we stood, outside in the freezing cold (yes, it was probably about 60 or so and being from SoCal...that constitutes freezing for us) waiting for the show to begin. The first person to arrive was wake-boarder
Dallas Friday. Following her where the hosts of the evenings festivities, the guys of Jackass including
Steve-O and
Preston Lacy. All I have to say is with those guys around, just expect the unexpected, they are all around really nice guys though.

Quite hilarious too. Next to arrive was snow-boarder
Grechen Blieler. After her, we had our first wave of BMXers show up,
Ryan Guettler with his TM
Jerry Badders along with
Luke Parslow.
Scotty Cranmer and
Dave Mirra who all managed to get inside fairly quickly.
We then had street skateboarder
Jereme Rodgers stop by with a fellow skateboarder and immediately following them we were infiltrated by the Metal Mulisha.
Brian Deegan, Jeremy Stenberg and
Ronnie Faisst all came out for the evening with their significant others, and by the looks of it were ready to party before the actual partying even began.

Next to arrive was comedian
Jamie Kennedy who showed up wearing a thong on his head that was supposedly for
Britney Spears...leave it to Jamie Kennedy to do something like that. The next to show up were none other than the biggest name in Action Sports,
Travis Pastrana and the biggest name in Street Skateboarding
Ryan Sheckler. Travis stopped by to talk with us for a few minutes, besides being pretty damn hot he has always stayed the most down to earth person I have ever met. Always a sweet heart to everyone.

Following those two were none other than 5 of the "Deal Or No Deal" Briefcase girls, who would end up announcing the winners of the night by having their names velcroed to the back of their t-shirts, so much for the good ol "open the envelope" routine. Next up came comedian
Tom Green followed by
Jeremy McGrath, yet another guy whose the most down to earth you could ever met. He also came by and said hi to us as well. Following him was
Wilmer Valderama, host of "Yo Mamma." Then every guys dream came true, none other than
Paris Hilton sent the red (or really blue) carpet into a flashbulb frenzy. She didn't stop to talk to anyone and was immediately rushed inside by her people but she sure did stir up a commotion.
Following Paris, was the newly engaged
Willa Ford, happily showing off her ring for whoever wanted to see it. Right after her was
Pamela Anderson rounding out the trio of "dream" girls for the night. By the way,
Chad Kagy arrived with the DC TM at some point during this commotion but I can't remember exactly when. The last to arrive were
Xzibit and
Dennis Rodman.
