Two weeks are left until the second edition of the international dirt jump competition BIG IN BAVARIA at the BIKE EXPO tradeshow from July 22nd to 25th. The dirt line is almost finished and first photos give a preview of the great dirt jump action that can be expected. For all the BMX fans that won’t be able to make it to the BIKE EXPO: The finals are streamed live on
SOULBMX, proudly presented by GoPro Cameras.
The set up of the BIG IN BAVARIA Vol.II promises again some really big sized doubles. But the design of the 2010 dirt line is brand new: The well-known starting tower with a roll in is similar to last year. But the step down gap jump is built smoother since it leads into a

roller which guarantees the perfect speed for the upcoming five jumps: First the two biggest doubles, back to back, but the second one is bit of a hip jump, then a curved dirt step up step down combination, to be followed by a final shorter jump that is still big enough for huge tricks. Some of the best riders will have fun on this unique dirt line for sure. Being a tiny bit shorter but keeping the speed high, you can even expect more spectacular tricks than last year. Overall 20,000 Euros prize purse are waiting for the winners. Get a glimpse with the official BIG IN BAVARIA Vol.II
video teaser. For all the rookies out there, that want to mess their skills with the pros: an open qualifier competition called GO BIG OR GO HOME is held on Thursday 22nd and Friday 23rd. Of course a smaller dirt line is built for the pre qualifier comp, with max. 5-6 meter gaps. The ten best riders of the

GO BIG OR GO HOME will join the invited pros and make their way into the BIG IN BAVARIA qualification round. Just register
here.
The BIKE EXPO tradeshow is worth a journey for sure. It’s not only the BIG IN BAVARIA dirt jump comp. Over 350 brands are presenting their newest products and innovations on overall 55,000 square meters exhibition ground.
If you can’t make your way to Munich: The finals of the BIG IN BAVARIA Vol. II will be streamed live on Soul BMX on Sunday, July 25th from 2:30 pm (CET).
