-Ryan Guettler is back home in Australia and loving the trails scene. His buddies do not only like to ride, they like to dig too. If you've got a few dudes ready to help out at the trails, you can create whatever you like. Shape it like a concrete park, but change or adjust it when needed. Anybody else building out there?

-We've almost done these FAT Favourites for a full year now. That means about 300 riders got themselves some coverage on FATBMX. People who might not show up in the magazines nowadays necessarily or deliver the bangers in video parts. Lots of them are friends, lots are young rippers, in general a good mix of guys who love riding BMX. This week we put together the following list:

-Sometimes I get carried away by all the old BMX pics that pop up on Facebook. Or also becoming "friends" with Jeff Kosmala, Scott Clark, David Clinton, Perry Kramer, Donny Atherton, etc. seems so unreal. It seems like everyone is on there and most of them have some pics from the old days on their profile. If you were like me BITD and checked every single sticker on the numberplate and flipped through the mags a 1000 times, it's crazy to know you can now communicate with them through Facebook. Not that they know who I am, but still, I could say what's up. Star struck still after all these years.

-We could list a clip of the week each time in the FAT Friday. Week one was Drew Bezanson's mini session for sure. Last week it was Ben Hucke's double tire brakeless skid and this week we like two; the Vans Cali clip and the trailer of the upcoming Partners In Crime video. Quality stuff is always good.

-RedBull gave Anthony Napolitan some wings. The world dirt champion got a wild flight with a RedBull Air Race pilot. Would you have done so? Check this link for the clip.

-RIDE UK mag arrived this week and yes, we're back again with a half-page FATBMX ad. Congrats to Ben Hennon and Rutger Pauw on the cover.

-Freedom mag also arrived as did the latest issue of Desillusion mag, DIG's photo issue and the BMX Book of Ralf Maier. Plenty of reading material.

-This week we brought you the day by day reports of the Vans' "East Coast Cali Bro!" trip. Hit up the BMX Freestyle section for all reports by Andy Zeiss. Nice!

-Mike Miller, Stefan Lantschner, Perico and Eduards Zunda are all visiting Carhartt team rider Hugo Almera for another edition of "Visit My Town". Expect the video to roll up on FATBMX as soon as it's done.

-The Carhartt flatland crew went on a road trip looking for flat asphalt spots. They drove for miles and found some new locations. Read the report by Michael Sommer and watch the clip HERE.

-Anthony Napolitan, TJ Ellis, Ryan Nyquist and Rob Darden are on the list for the 10th edition of the T-Mobile Extreme Playgrounds.

-Matt Pingel is currently taking lessons to drive the big trucks. Trucker for life in the making?

-Martti Kuoppa is no longer riding for RedBull. At least we assume he isn't now that he is working on sales and marketing for Monster Energy over in Finland. He started a new bike company to keep him occupied even more. Not for the serious guys out there. Keep it fun.

-This week we posted an interview with Scott Towne for FATBMX' "Workshop Wednesday". When Scott walked away from the barn after he had taken some pictures for the article, his three motorcycles fell over and ended falling on top of eachother. Damn! Read the full story HERE.

-Harry Main says it's hot in Oz. Like hot in Hot Chicks and hot in temperature (40c). Trying to finish up his Nike 6.0 part but rolled his ankle badly 2 weeks ago. Still feeling better by the day though hoping to get the job done. Aahhhh pressure.

-Tomorrow (Saturday 23) at 10am we're meeting at the new pump track in Helmond, Brandevoort to finish up the shaping. If you fancy lending a hand we'll see you at the Kaldersedijk underneath the electric cables for some shocking shaping. Bring the shovels.

-Bad luck keeps following Peter Fastenroth. After a horrible crash and a stolen computer in 2009, the scum has broken in again and stole two computers! Pete now has a DX boxing ring next to his bed. Don't even try to get in.

-Congrats to Rob Darden and his lady on the birth of their daughter Lily.

-Consider it custom, but S&M have welded up some aluminium frames for their young race team members.

-The riders list for the 10th edition of the Simpel Session is full. You wouldn't believe which riders are still trying to find a way in. It's going to be an epic contest.
