“Another solid event today,” Mark Laue, owner of Alliance Skatepark, said. “We’ve hosted the Gatorade Free Flow Tour two years in a row now, and the crowds and the athletes keep getting bigger. It’s really great to see Gatorade taking an interest in supporting amateur riders. I look forward to seeing how Spencer does in SLC!” Bass is a two-time finalist on the Gatorade Free Flow Tour, having won the BMX park competition at last year’s Tour event at Alliance Skatepark.
With the win, Bass earns an automatic bid into the Gatorade Free Flow Tour Finals that will take place at the Dew Tour’s Toyota Challenge, September 17-20, 2009.
