I'm just getting back to riding after breaking my femur about 2 months ago. I snapped the head off inside the hip socket so they had to bolt it back on with a titanium rod and bolt. I actually got the doctor's okay to start riding again the day after I filmed this haha. I guess he doesn't need to know that I rode a bike 4 days after surgery and got back on the BMX bike one month after surgery.
This is also a bitter-sweet OSP reopening edit as I filmed this the first session back, however we were told that bikes aren't allowed in the pool or on a granite ledge anymore and need to have plastic pegs and pedals yet we still have to pay 2 dollars more per session than skateboards even though with any setup boards cause more damage to parks than bikes do. You don't see them being required to have rubber wheels and plastic trucks and getting charged more because they get bailed into the ground more often.
The other celebrations are that I finally got a space phone that can do interwebby things so I have an instagram now (@fietsgodin) and it has one hell of a camera on it.
