Chilling, Grilling and a bit of Riding. That jam has been going on for a couple of years now over at the oldest Dutch concrete skatepark in Oldenzaal. This year was no different and we managed to squeeze this one in with the family. And we weren't the only ones. As the Grolsch bakfiets took care of the tunes, riders, and skaters enjoyed the 30 year old snakerun and several banks on a very sunny day. The place is actually pretty amazing and a treat to ride, at least once a year.

Now a chill and grill jam requires some decent weather. With 30 degree temperatures it was hot, but the lake next to it was there to cool off. Sessions went on all afternoon with zero pressure. This wasn't a jam which actually turned into a contest. This was chilling to the max with good old friends.

When the BBQ was started up, a light rain started, but it didn't last long enough for people to give up. The grill was rocking and everyone was chilling. Those who wanted to ride some more rode. Those who wanted to drink some more Grolsch, did. And everyone ate more meat than they wanted to. Thanks to Jos Wissink and his crew for putting this on. It's on our calendar again for 2015.
