Crooked World BMX: Alistair Whitton's worst day ever was pretty scary
Today, Alistair Whitton is a BMX legend and a Hollywood stuntman. But all of that would have never come to be if Whitton's Worst Day Ever had gone a little differently. On this episode of Crooked World BMX Whitton provides some insight into the near-accident that gave him nightmares for years afterward. Whitton was riding a small motorcycle around a rock quarry when what he thought was a mellow jump ended up being a 60-foot cliff. Whitton just barely managed to brake in time. His toes and his front wheel were hanging off the edge. Luckily his dad grabbed him and his bike and dragged him to safety. After that, being a stuntman must have come easy for Whitton.
