Today the semi finals were held at the FISE WORLD stop in Montpellier, France. The crowd was nuts again and 24 riders put on an amazing performance. 12 spots were up for grabs for the grand finals on Sunday evening. Kevin Peraza killed it in his runs and grabbed the number one Semi Final spot with the biggest superman seatgrab on the box, solid nose spins on the hip, using the entire course for first. Local hero
Maxime Charveron pedaled around the curved wall to second place and
Logan Martin tricked to third. Making it to the finals were a.o.
Daniel Dhers (4th), Jack Watts and also
Alessandro Barbero triple bro-d to his 10th final spot at the FISE event.
Daniel Wedemeijer used different lines for 7th,
AJ Anaya powered to place 8 and
Alex Coleborn can't be too bummed he took that Semi Final transfer spot because he is now in the PARK finals also.
Dean Cueson got
10th and,
Kenneth Tencio 11th and
Greg Illingworth transfered to a final spot also (he got 12th).
Mike Varga got 13th and missed out. One of these days though....
