Rain. That’s the main word of the 5th Timo’s Halloween Jam 2010. Just a typical day in Aarle-Rixtel was changed by lots of bike riders standing by a skate ramp waiting for the rain to stop. But it did not stop until late in the afternoon. So we decided to go home, and go chill at my place, have a few beers, get some food, and go party because it was just too wet and rainy. There was a big hangout though, but we had to let the crowd and posters down

and tell them that tomorrow there will be a second chance. So we went out to party and had loads of beers at the Muziekcafe in Helmond. It was a fun night with the boys and the nice American country band added a lot to our fun. Came home late and drunk hoping for better whether tomorrow.

So when we woke up, had a cup of Coffee, grabbed some stuff for the jam and headed to the local ramp to try and do the Halloween jam! It was still wet, but all the locals helped out cleaning and drying the ramp so we could session it. And as we hang all the posters and had the music on, the sun came shining on our ramp and the session started.

It was a successful day for a second chance jam! Thanks a lot to Paul @ paulsboutique who made this all possible with all kinds of bmx parts from Snafu which made all the locals happy, and some Vans stuff that was well received by the crowd.

So although the weather was bad, the weekend was good, hard party and hard sessions. Thanks to: Paul de Jong, Paul’s Boutique, Bart de Jong, Fatbmx, Snafu and Vans!
See you next year at Halloween.
