Riders were pushing themselves to their absolute limits and showcasing their best tricks to the huge crowd! Over 86,000 people attended the 3 day event. 8 women representing 6 different nations made it to the UCI BMX Freestyle Park World Cup Women’s final and what a final it was. The women were split into 2 groups of 4 and had 2 runs each to throw down their best tricks. The standard was super high and all the women shredded the whole course with style. Angie Marino’s impressive run looked set to get her the top spot on the podium but she was denied the win by fellow American Hannah Roberts. Hannah landed everything she attempted and covered the whole course throwing tricks until the very last second.

After a massive battle between riders in the semi-final the stage was set for an awesome Men’s UCI BMX Freestyle Park World Cup. The leader from qualifying Alex Colborn one of the competitions most technical riders, usually an expert in lip tricks missed one of his signature tricks and ended up in 6th place.
