When did you first pick up a Wiawis frame?
Mathis Ragot: Winter 2017-2018
How long did it take you to get used to it?
Mathis Ragot: I got immediately used to it. I rode carbon back in 2015 but didn’t like it, and re-tried it with Wiawis and fell in love with the bike on my first session. Did a gate pb (personal best) at the first session.
Every now and again, life can give you a real kick in the ass (for better or for worse). It’s what you take and make from it that counts. I firmly believe that life will keep advancing at an increasingly rapid pace and it doesn’t give a fuck about your permission to do so.
In the times before our recent worldwide pandemic scare of the Covid-19 virus, we were all basking in the sunlit privileges of a free world, traveling and riding BMX anywhere and everywhere we could imagine.
After doing a BMX 'zine for ten years (1987 - 1996) FATBMX made it on the internet. The year was 1998. Here to stay.
