We played a new game that uses darts to pick tricks for the riders to do and the goal is to stay away from the Red Zone where the riders hardest tricks and biggest fears are hidden! The first rider that messes up 3 tricks and gets 3 strikes will be the loser of the game!
Trey Jones has the ultimate man cave that is stacked from the floor to the ceiling with priceless BMX items! He has the worlds biggest BMX VHS collection along with legendary professional BMX riders used equipment and it is always growing! Take the tour of his man cave and checkout some of his most prized possessions.
The whole Backyard team is thrilled to be able to host the second UCI BMX Park C1 contest in Germany! With the „Live Your Backyard Dreams“ contest we can offer international riders the chance to compete for UCI points in our great park. This is an Elite Pro (women and men) event only, so please bring your license.

A year older and not a bit quieter.... Also in December 2019, the rails, curbs, mini ramp, etc. were dismantled by the approx. 60 riders in the freestyle hall. There was also an innovation this year; for the first time in all these event years, we installed a bunny hop contest from a bank over Christmas packages at the Jam. What the riders really celebrated. For that there are only two words, fun and escalation. It was again a top X-MAS JAM, which we also heard from the feedback from the riders and spectators. Next year, the jam before Christmas, will be 10 years old and then we will let it rip!

Last week, I found myself reflecting on what an absolutely RAD team I have around me to help me live out my childhood dream each and every day. From people who help me get from A to B to race to others who help me train and push myself to the limits, and those who simply help me to organise myself in order to focus on being the best athlete I can be, I am truly grateful for each and every person who has chosen to back me.

Leogang to host Red Bull UCI Pump Track World Championships in Austria this September
The international off-road bike scene has much to look forward to in 2020 as the Velosolutions Pump Track at Saalfelden Leogang, Austria has been selected to stage the Red Bull UCI Pump Track World Championships in September. Adding to the excitement Pump Track will this year join forces with the UCI Mountain Bike Downhill World Championships, promising an epic weekend of all things bike.
