Since the introduction of The Extreme Games in 1995, BMX has played a prominent role in the progression of sport, athletes and riding styles at X Games and beyond. From the biggest names such as Dave Mirra, to new tricks like the double flair, all the way up to technical street riding, BMX and the X Games have progressed hand in hand every year for the past 25 years.
Over the years I have spent a decent amount of time riding by myself. BMX is all about the community and sharing the experience with friends, however, riding by yourself provides a different kind of satisfaction.

Lara Lessmann got picked up by Red Bull Germany a few months ago. For a female freestyle rider representing Red Bull is a big deal. Lara is shooting for the Tokyo Olympics to represent Germany and got her first Olympic taste at the 2018 Youth Olympic Games in Buenos Aires where she picked up a Gold.
