2022 USA BMX Legacy Nationals Day 2. Join us for the inaugural national race weekend from the all-new USA BMX National Headquarters.
USA BMX, the world’s largest BMX racing organization, and Woodward, the ultimate summer camp experience, welcome a partnership designed to benefit BMX racers of all ages. This collaboration will feature a dedicated BMX Racing program with four sessions in June and July at the Woodward Pennsylvania location. Woodward is dedicated to inviting the best coaches the sport offers. For two weeks in June, Olympians and World Champions Sam and Alise Willoughby will help with the BMX Racing camp on a world-class track built in 2019. Between the two, Sam has a silver medal from the 2012 London Games, Alise’s silver medal from the 2016 Rio Games, and several world championships and national titles. For the 2021 Tokyo Olympic Games, Sam was Alise’s coach.
USA BMX Hosts Opening of National Headquarters with the 2021 U.S. Olympic Team for BMX Racing. The long-awaited headquarters located in the historic Greenwood District includes the BMX Hall of Fame, Hardesty National BMX Stadium and the USA BMX Foundation. Officials from USA BMX, the Greenwood Community, the City of Tulsa and the State of Oklahoma hosted the grand opening of the USA BMX Headquarters earlier last week during the Olympic Games. The Olympians, who represented Team USA at the most recent Tokyo Games, also participated by treating attendees to a race demonstration on the Olympic-caliber track.

USA BMX is pleased to welcome ten new team members filling various roles at the amazing new Tulsa headquarters. The new complex features the Hardesty National BMX Stadium, the Nation- al BMX Hall of Fame and Museum and the new headquarters of both USA BMX and the USA BMX Foundation. New hires include facility General Manager, Hardesty National BMX Stadium Track Operator with additional positions within USA BMX and the USA BMX Foundation in brand marketing, operations, special events, and community relations. The ribbon-cutting and Grand Opening event will take place on February 15.
USA BMX - the largest BMX racing organization in North America - announced today the 2022 USA BMX Freestyle Amateur Series has partnered with Hyper Bicycles for a second year. The USA BMX Freestyle 2022 schedule will consist of seven national events and one Grand Final competition where membership and pre-registration are required for both.
“Hyper Bicycles has been supporting the BMX industry for more than three decades, and to have them on board for a second consecutive year for the BMX amateur series, is a per- fect fit,” said USA BMX Freestyle President, Shane Fernandez. “Hyper Bicycles signed on last year for the inaugural event not knowing how a first-time contest series would end up, but believed in the same vision and hope of helping to progress the sport of BMX. Now that we know how successful that first year was, we couldn’t be more excited to see what 2022 brings for the riders and the sport alongside Hyper.”
