“This was the first video project I worked on with Sean and I discovered he's his own worst critic when it comes to his riding. I remember halfway through filming he decided he hated all of his clips. But I'm sure you can agree with me that he can hold his own with his riding—a perfect blend of style and creativity that always has me stoked to film with him.
About the song choice.... Sean had suggested this song for his part whilst we were on a trip. I remember we played it in the van and I instantly wasn't into it and gave him a bit of shit for suggesting it. However, a couple days later I listened to it more over his footage and realized it could actually work really well, so I called him and apologized for ripping on him for the song suggestion. I really enjoyed editing this part because of the song and the amount of slow-mo I could use in it, so for once in my life I was wrong.”
