With near perfect weather conditions in the idyllic setting of the Kotaix Bike Park in Puerto Varas, the fastest
riders from Chile, Uruguay and Columbia respectively battled it out at a blistering pace which saw MTB reigning supreme in a field of elite riders. The demand for being a part of this experience is surely growing - one of the competitors even embarked on three days of travel to secure his participation in what is fast becoming a crowd favorite on the Red Bull Pump Track World Championship race calendar.

Bigger, better and faster - season kickoff in Chile this week, the first qualifier in China, a return to the birthplace of #pumpforpeace in Lesotho, a national series announcement for South Africa - and that’s only the beginning. The Red Bull Pump Track World Championship has already succeeded in creating a revolutionary global series with over 23 groundbreaking inaugural events around the world in 2018. More than 2000 athletes participated in over 19 countries and 67 riders competed in a World Final that saw local heroes, Olympic BMX racers and MTB World Champions compete on an even playing field. Now in 2019 the series is back with more stops, more athletes and more Pump-Action.
Chile kicks off the Red Bull Pump Track World Championship this week. The first qualifier of the 2019
The kickoff for the 2019 USA BMX Pro Series season took place on one of the most famous tracks in USA BMX’s longed history, Black Mountain BMX in Phoenix, AZ. Joris Daudet, the 2018 USA BMX #1 Pro has had some time off since wining the #1 title for the 3rd time black in November. But to watch him race this weekend in Phoenix, you would have thought he never took any break. Things kicked off for Joris on Friday afternoon, as he started the 2019 season off with some fast last, making his way into the main event. Joris was ready to continue his wining ways from 2018, as he lined up for the first main event if 2019. When the gate dropped, Joris put the power down and took the hole shot into turn #1. From there, he opened up the lead and never looked back, on his way to win #1 for the season.
On Saturday, the Pros were back on track and Joris was back out front all day. Once again, Joris Daudet would make his way into the main event. And once again, when the gate slammed the deck,
