I went up to Earls Court in London today for the London Cycle Show. I've never been before & I think I knew before I even left my house it was going to be arse but hey, its a day out eh? I took young Jack Watts with me so he could meet a few people. This was not the type of event I was used too at all. Lots of road bikes, mountain bikes, hybrids etc & only a few BMX booths, Mirraco, WeThePeople & Split Second Imports (Eastern, Stolen, Ruption, Blank). Haro sponsored the "street" course, via the UK distributor but sadly didn't have a booth at the show. The course wasn't up to BMX event standards but 
We cannot post every single flyer we receive about jams and stuff but we try our best to get most of them up simply because we love to see our FAT-JAM posters up on other sites as well. This one came in from New Zealand. They're using a Dutch website to spread the word. Hope it works for them. -When: Sunday 26 October 2008 (Labour weekend) from noon-4pm.

Who got you into riding BMX?
Nicky: Kees Schelfhout and Jermaine Pronk. Two friends of mine who told me to drop my old MTB-bike, because they had a cool complete Dragonfly and complete Haro bike. And I wanted that too! So after a while my mom bought me a cool grey Dragonfly for passage. YEAH. And that's how I got into BMX. And everyday I rode more with different people having more fun everyday I get more enjoyed and that's the reason why I still ride BMX, I LOVE IT.

As many of you know, Dylan Dean is holding a fundraiser for former BMX pro Tara Llanes who ended up in a wheelchair after a nasty crash. Though most of the items are based around the sport of MTB, Dylan did receive a couple of items that he's going to add to the EBAY Auction. One such item is the BOB HARO One-of-a-Kind Drawing. There is nothing on the ebay auctions stating that it's for the Tara Llanes Fundraiser. Dylan assures you, ALL PROCEEDS GO TO THE TARA LLANES 'ROAD TO RECOVERY' FUND. Dylan had issues with ebay removing his listings because he said that it would benefit the fund. He just wants someone who would appreciate this item to win it. Here are some quick details:
