Here's your first sampling of practice at this year's Battle Of Hastings. First day is always a bit mellow and we're about to jump into day two, so there's more to come. :)
Just to give you some history about the start of the annual JunkieJam event. A few years ago I had the idea that it would be super cool to see really good riders shred our local dirt jump and it made me talk about this dream whenever I had the chance. After talking with my good friend Desmond Tessemaker, owner of DTX13, about this, things got real. We started to make plans, more people got involved like Stuart Gibson and Paul Lemson and the wheels started turning. Eventually we had our first jam at the Junk Trails.
Really good riders did show up, we had an awesome time and soon after people started asking us about the next jam. So the following year we got together again and hosted the 2.0 event. The saga continued

Redline stands for everything BMX. It is one of the most notorious brands within the market and naturally any news regarding redline will have fans ears turning pink. Accell Group has sold its US business along with 3 bike brands to the Californian investment group, Regent. The 3 bike brands included in the sale is Redline Bicycles, DiamondBack and iZip. Although these three are being sold, Accell has kept its tight-fisted grip on Raleigh and a number of other famous brands.
BMX has been getting a great rep since online technology has been promoting events and it has even been predicted the larger BMX events will soon be showcased on popular sites including NetBet.
