The Follow The Leader crew left New York for a month of BMX Riding in three amazing European cities- Copenhagen, Paris, and London with Austin Mazur, Billy Perry, Anthony Panza, and Bill Malkotsis. Thunderstorms and Torrential Rain Would Not Stop the Italian’s from Coming Out in Force
Over 1000 spectators braved the stormy conditions that met the Italian qualifier for the Red Bull Pump Track World Championship. Fans were not disappointed as riders from all over Europe put on an incredible show of speed and style. In the Women’s field, Vanessa Kager made the trip from Austria to Trentino in search of her ticket to the World Final. Having come so close in Balzers earlier this month where she secured 2nd place, all was to play for in Italy. Seeing off fierce competition from Camilla Tagliapietra in the final, it was Kager’s turn for glory and she took the top step of the podium.
In the Men’s field Giacomo Fantoni was pitted against Eric Seifried in the final race of the day. Have battled throughout the day in knock out heats with the 32 fastest riders from seeding, the World Final ticket would come down to one race. In a hotly contested battle, Fantoni would steal the win from Seifried and claim his ticket to the World Final in Springdale, Arkansas.
JASON WATTS WINS IN GUADALAJARA TWO YEARS STRAIGHT! Peep the highlights from Jason Watts' winning run at the Vans BMX Pro Cup stop in Guadalajara, Mexico. Jason held it down with a mix of blasted airs and front/back wheel balance and took home a well deserved win.
THE BIGGEST SKATEPARK IN MEXICO! We are riding BMX bikes at the biggest skatepark in Mexico watching the world's best professional bike riders get ready for the big competition this weekend! So many amazing tricks are happening in the skatepark and many fans have showed up to support the event! This is the biggest biking event in Mexico and we are having so much.
4 day stay at WOODWARD was full of good times having fun riding bikes and hanging out with the campers. Stoked Demarcus, Jarren, Javi, Juan and Papas could come out ride and have a good time.
