Sergio Layos rides Flybikes Lunar rims! Rims, historically, are something that don’t really change too much, but with the never-ending evolution of BMX, and Flybikes being a brand to never sit still it was time to freshen up our very popular Classic rim with some much needed improvements. Besides the strength and obvious design features of the Classic rim, the new Lunar rim includes a greater spoke offset for increased stability and refined adjustability, an overall taller shape, deeper rim bed for easier tire installation, thicker sidewall thickness for dent resistance, a rim lip that helps avoid pinch-flats, all rounded out with a perfect 34mm. width. The Lunar rim has it all!

ESPN and Australia’s Seven West Media Reach Agreement to Collaborate on X Games Sydney in October 2018
ESPN, the leading action sports content provider and creator of the X Games, in collaboration with Seven West Media, Australia’s number one audience company, will bring X Games Sydney to Australia next year, October 19-21, 2018. X Games Sydney will feature Skateboard, BMX and Moto X competitions at Sydney Olympic Park. For the first time in the event’s more than 20 year history, an X Games event will take place in Australia, home to some of the world’s best action sports athletes. Australian athletes hold 138 medals, 45 of which are gold from X Games summer and winter events.

BMX: COMMON CREW @ WOODWARD WEST (VX). In summer 2016 Francis and I had plans to film an HD vs VX team competition but for whatever reasons we both weren't pleased with the footage we got and it ended up sitting unedited for quite some time. Francis released a partial version of his a couple months ago (some of the footage was lost) and mine just kept sitting because I thought it was trash. Then the other day I found this amazing Hank Jr song, I knew it was perfect so I just started editing and here we are. I now present you Team VX @ Woodward West.
