Happy New Year! Maybe a few days late, but The 900 Shop in Belgium held the first jam of the year 2014 at its own park in Eksel. Peter Geys hosted the jam and invited everyone to come ride. Several sessions were set up starting off with a 4-6 year old group, followed by a two hour session for the 7-10 year old riders. In case you did not know, Peter teaches kids how to ride BMX and has around 80 riders signed up for lessons at his park. That's incredible and a good thing to build on the foundation of BMX for the future. All these kids got their session in at the New Year's jam without having to snake the big boys.The 900 Shop team riders put on a show at 19:00hrs for the kids who were still around. A little street section was added to the park and Kevin van Leeuwen used this part the most as he likes to ride street.
