Next February 18th., for the second consecutive time, Red Bull Sewers returns to San Nicolás de los Garza. This is the only BMX cycling event where the best in this discipline participate that takes place in the drainage system of Monterrey. Red Bull Sewers has distinguished itself in the BMX world as a very attractive event, given its marked urban character. The city of Monterrey provides a first-rate alternative venue and, according to the opinions of several participants and media, this competition could very well be on its way to become one of the most important in the international BMX scene.

I ran into Nigel Page, Cody Warren, Brian Smith, Eric Carter and met JD and John Swanguan (the inventor of the rock walk). However, there was one person around that Eric Carter was looking for to introduce to me. "Where's Phil?" he asked someone and there he was. I couldn't figure out who the hell he was but he knew my last name when I introduced myself.
After doing a BMX 'zine for ten years (1987 - 1996) FATBMX made it on the internet. The year was 1998. Here to stay.
