It’s been 2 great years working with Ares bikes, creating Superb** with Ucchie and travelling around Japan with some of the best dudes in BMX, but it’s time for me to move on to another project! There are no hard feelings at all between Ares and I, it’s my call and I’m still in great relationships with the brand and the team! The long awaited 34R ROTO hubs are in stock right now! The Hub shells are designed by our team and all ideas comes from real riding bmx. Due to 34R team riders request we use high quality hollow axles from hardened Cr-Mo. We produce rear hubs in RHD and LHD version only with 36 holes. We use high quality sealed bearings. Hubs are made in best hub factory in Taiwan. Both hubs are sealed against dust and dirt for example for dirt riding. 34R ROTO hub front
The biggest advantage are CNC AL nuts7075 - for 17mm wrench as is used at back hub so you need only one tool. Hub body was designed together with hub guard, which is available separately.
SE rider, Kris Fox tore his ACL the other day while riding trails in Huntington Beach. The results are back from the MRI & it is confirmed that he has a tear in his ACL & meniscus. He has some appointments scheduled now with his orthopedic surgeon he most likely will have surgery ASAP. Kris is a tough dude & he will be back on the bike before you know it.
