A semi and a 1/8 in Papendal for UCI BMX World Cup Rounds 3 & 4. Came up short of the final again, so I just need to be better. Consistent so far in the UCI World Cups and I know where I need to improve.
Finished the first two UCI BMX World Cup rounds with a 5th place in the semi on day one and a crash in the semi on day two. Felt great on the bike and it was a big step forward, but hard not to feel like I came up short after missing both finals.
Good to be back on the podium with a 2nd on Friday, then a 5th on Saturday. Solid weekend overall and carrying good momentum into the UCI BMX Racing World Cups!
Not enough ponies for the Nashville drag strip, only semis both days. Let’s change that soon.
Tough weekend in Bakersfield. Struggled with the track and couldn’t put it together. Back to work.
Got my first Elite Men podium this weekend in Chile! The Continental Championship was my main focus, but a crash in the semi going for the transfer spot ended that one short. Great to bounce back and finish the weekend on a high!
Two 6ths this weekend at the @usabmx rounds in Rock Hill. Good to make both mains in a stacked field, always aiming for more, but a solid and consistent start to the season!
Spent about 2 weeks with the USA Cycling squad doing lots of testing! From the USOPC Training Center in Colorado Springs to the Hardesty BMX Stadium in Tulsa, we got tons of data and learned a lot! Huge thanks to USA Cycling for the opportunity!
Wrapped up the Texas trip with back-to-back Pro-Am wins at the Lonestar Nationals! Didn’t drop a lap all weekend and felt better with each one. Excited to keep building and dialing things in before the first pro race in Rock Hill!
2024 was a year to remember, filled with unforgettable races, big moments, and nonstop progression. Here’s a look back at some of my favorite highlights before we head into the 2025 season!
