Manchester secondary students have tested their mettle on Manchester’s indoor BMX track, competing for the chance to ride at the UCI BMX Supercross World Cup, April 18-19. 55 budding BMX riders assembled on the World Cup track as part of the National Cycling Centre (NCC) BMX development programme. Abraham Moss Community School, Manchester Communications Academy, St Peters RC High School and William Hulme Grammar School took part in coaching sessions for students who had just six hours track time under their belts ahead of this week’s display.
