Dave and Charlie have been online video buds since 2008 or so, and they decided to make a lil' collab of some recent joints meshed with some history. Enjoy!
Victor and I only had around a week to film this video while I was in California and he absolutely killed it with the timeframe we had. Victor isn't particularly known for his street riding, so seeing him apply his skills to street spots was sick to film.
Newly added etnies Pro rider Miki Fleck has been on fire recently and he ain't slowing down anytime soon! Miki calls Barcelona his home, spending everyday exploring the streets with his fast, aggressive and raw style. Miki has actively put in his time with etnies since he was first welcomed to the flow team back in October 2018, and now he's got another dose of creativity for ya. His bump to pro is well deserved.
Today, etnies welcomes Miki Fleck to the pro BMX team. Miki calls Barcelona home, and he made a name for himself with a fast, aggressive, and raw style that is unique in BMX street riding today.
Miki joined the etnies flow team back in 2018, and he’s run many styles of etnies shoes over the last four years. He’s currently riding in the etnies Marana, which he likes for the 3x more durable Michelin outsole, padding and protection.
His riding has consistently progressed every year, and it looks like 2022 will be a strong year for him.
Best Trick contests are always a good show. It’s a chance for the rider to showcase heavy tricks they’ve been working on or just outright start hucking. The Best Trick contest at BMX triple Challenge was no different. Insane combos and NBD’s were flying everywhere.
We are extremely excited to announce that Tiago Tavares is now part of the mutantbikes crew. Not only because he is a great rider, but a personality that is top notch and perfectly represents what our brand is all about. Welcome aboard Tavares!

It looks like you were one of the NorCal BMX pioneers in the '70s. Did you realize what was being developed at the time?
Bob Medrano: No I would have never thought it would be an Olympic sport.
Did a lot of it come from imitating motocross?
Bob Medrano: Yes for sure. I just wanted to ride (motocross) bicycles or motorcycles & be around the riding spots in the area & there were a lot of MX & BMX spots in the '70s.
What were the early tracks like and how did the bikes hold up on the BMX tracks that were created?
Davey Osgood going off at breaking free. Skatepark with a bonus. Rays clip where Davey went absolutely beast mode for a min!
Loose, rough around the edges and buzzing with energy! The OCB x Curbside jam felt about as British as it could get… Everyone met on a cold wet day (that hadn’t forecast rain), under a motorway bridge, to drink beers, eat pizza and ride bikes on a DIY setup to celebrate MJ’s 30th birthday.
