We gave our best preparing the setup for the contest. Three weeks of digging, hammering and sawing resulted in one thing: the best location for the best BMX action. For instance, the dirt track, designed and formed by Markus Hampl and Benny Paulsen, lies smoothly beneath the bridge „Zoobrücke“ to send the riders flying. Or the innovative park area with its different lines consisting of spines, jump boxes, curbs, wallrides and handrails. Last year most Pro riders described our park area as absolutely „sick“. Well, it’s done now! Not to forget the very new Super-Ramp with double spine, jump box, wallride and sub box: 36 meters long, 11 meters wide and nearly 5 meters high. Damn right! It’s your own fault if you are missing this beast. To top our first class BMX Masters setup off, we constructed the Flatland area with an ultra flat heavy load floor and the new oriented strand board, also known as OSB plates.
So, the conditions are more than brilliant again – now it is up to you, dear BMX riders and fans: come to the cologne Jugendpark and let the good times roll.
