The Recon Tour presented by Replay XD came to a close this past weekend with the Play Am finals held at Mike Spinner's private backyard park. Recon flew out the individual Play Open class winners from each stop on our 10-city US tour to compete for the title of Recon Tour Champion. The judges had their work cut out for them as these 10 athletes showed no mercy, went for it all, and held nothing back. Just like every event, only one winner can be chosen. In the Finals, it was David Lieb, 16, from Petersburg, MI, with major consistency and effortless
