BMX Race Bike Build Challenge! Have you ever wondered how fast you could put a bike together after a trip? Andy and I were wondering, so we made a challenge to find out!

Last weekend I got a race in Germany, the 3-nations cup. Always one of my favorite of the year because I like that track! And this year I had a really good result, came home with the WIN!

Join me on a 3 day VLOG where Thursday I'm training in the GYM and on the TRACK. Friday I travel down to Exeter to deliver a clinic and finishing off on Saturday riding Bruntwood with Tian & Spencer with some Go-Karting in the evening. Enjoy!

The 7th and 8th round of the European Cup took place in Sarrians, France. Take a look how my weekend went.
