Come along for the weekend at the 2019 USABMX Midwest Nationals in Rockford, Illinois. Andy Hughes raced his first AA pro race in the U.S. Max was back racing in the USA, Ronan was around and is always a great guy, and I pulled off a couple wins.

The two-day event in BMX Park Ljubljana finished with the spectacular elite men finals with strong riders from Germany, Italy and Denmark fighting for the top honor. Slovenians dominated the junior categories and showed great potential for the future. There were in total 112 cyclist from Austria, Australia, Denmark, Italy, Germany, Hungary and Slovenia on BMX Race Ljubljana Powered by Toyo Tires. Race weekend started with AlpeAdria BMX Cup on Saturday, and that was already a spectacle of its own. Racing in junior & cruiser categories was great, but the treat of the day came with the 17+ race. German national champion Jonas Ballbach (Performance Team Stuttgart) was the first favorite for the race, and he won it ahead of the good friend of the track in Ljubljana, Italian Mattia Furlan (Carisma
