The Amateur BMX qualification event at the FISE World Series in Malaysia just took place and it was Rylan Kindness from Greenslopes coming out on top. The rider from Australia had the lines and the tricks to end up in first with a two point gap over fellow Australian Matthew Bassingthwaighte who was afraid his tire would blow up mid run but luckily it didn't. Kuala Lumpur's Zafrin Shah brought the tricks to the course to finish third in qualification on a hot day in Langkawi. With 12 riders making the cut tomorrow's finals will be interesting. Will the Panda be able to pull it off? Or is there someone among the finalists who has been holding back. With two runs counting towards an overall score we will know tomorrow who grabs the biggest check in the Am comp at the Fise World Series in Langkawi.
